Room Hire

St Mark’s Church, Kempshott, has a number of rooms available to hire throughout the week, please see the full details below. These could be suitable for parties, training days, moderate sized gatherings or one to one tuition.

Immanuel Church, situated at St Mark’s School in Hatch Warren, is not usually available for hire. However the school hall can be hired. Please contact the school office by phone 01256 346111 or email here.

Main worship area

Large, well lit area with a very high ceiling and access to outside space. Can accommodate 200 people. This area is incredibly flexible due to having plenty of easily moveable chairs. The Worship Area is fully equipped with an Audio/Visual system. Please see below for additional resources available.

Hire cost 2024- £30.60 p/hr for commercial use or £20.40 p/hr for community use

Keble Whitfield room

Situated to the left of the vestibule; this large airy L-shaped room that can accommodate 45 people and also has access to outside space.

Hire cost 2024- £13.90 p/hr for commercial use or £9.60 p/hr for community use

Sumner room

A smaller, flexible space ideal for meetings, can be furnished for your needs, can accommodate up to 10 people.

Hire cost 2024- £6.30 p/hr for commercial use or £4.20 p/hr for community use

Other resources

We have a number of resources that can be hired including a sound system, movable TV and DVD player, projector and flip chart. Do let the parish know if you have any additional requirements.

Baptism pool

We can hire out our Baptism pool at very reasonable cost. Hirer must arrange collection and delivery. A security deposit will be required. Please contact the parish office here or by phone on 01256 840502 for more details.
